The Annual Meeting was held on June 24, 2008 at Angelico’s Lakehouse Restaurant. The meeting opened at 6:05pm. Members present were Patricia Dufour, Monica Kangley, Jo Ann Ewing, Jeanne Hubbard, Laurie Izzo, Dion Roccapriore, Judie Bobbi and guests.
Minutes:
The Chairman, Ms. Dufour, asked that the nominations made at the May meeting be revised since Ms. Brown is leaving the Board and the appointment of new member, Jeanne Hubbard has taken place along with the reappointment of Ms. Dufour. Motion was made by Ms. Ewing for Ms. Kangley to take the position of Treasurer and Ms. Hubbard be nominated for Secretary. Ms. Kangley seconded. Motion carried. A motion was made to approve the Minutes of May 21, 2008 by Ms. Kangley. Ms. Ewing seconded. Motion carried.
Old Business and New Business:
There was a discussion for changing the July 16th meeting to the day before since some of the Board has a conflict with the date. All agreed to meet on Tuesday, July 15th.
Motion was made to adjourn the regular meeting at 6:11pm by Ms. Kangley. Ms. Ewing seconded.
Meeting for the election of officers for the 2008-2009 term opened at 6:12pm.
A motion was made by Ms. Hubbard to vote for the following slate of officers.
Chairman: Patricia Dufour
Vice Chairman: Jo Ann Ewing
Secretary: Jeanne Hubbard
Treasurer: Monica Kangley
Ms. Kangley seconded. All members voted in favor, motion carried.
Motion was made to adjourn at 6:18pm by Ms. Ewing. Ms. Kangley seconded. Motion carried.
